OPEC’s challenge: higher global oil inventories

It’s a showdown between Brent and WTI and it all has to do with inventories. This week the U.S. saw a bigger than expected crude draw, particularly in Cushing as more pipeline capacity makes it easier to get crude down to the Gulf Coast for export. Alix Steel talks to Kevin O’Brien, the Chief Business Officer at Orbital Insight about why global inventories remain so elevated despite seasonal draws–and what OPEC can do about it.

اوپک در برابر شیل آمریکا

آمریکا اخیرا حدود 140 میلیون بشکه فروخته است که این تولیدات با کاهش 20 درصدی مواجه شده است به دلیل کمتر شدن تقاضا.

آمریکا تولیداتش را کم کرده ولی ضربه اصلی را اوپک پس از تحریم شدن نفت ایران خورده است.

تقاضای نفت اوپک بشدت کاهش پیداکرده و اوپک درحال بیرون افتادن از ماراتن نفتی جهان است.

اوپک به غیر از تولیدات نفتی ایران، لیبی را هم از دست داده است.

این باعث بی ثباتی در اوپک شده است.
